Flu Clinic Schedules for 2012-2013

We are now offering Seasonal Flu Vaccine on a walk-in basis on Tuesdays from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Seasonal Flu Vaccine is for anyone over 6 months of age. We can bill Medicare Part B and Medicaid for children under 19 years old – please bring your insurance information with you.

We are not offering adult vaccine this year. Adults can receive flu vaccines at any pharmacy or their doctor's office.

The 2014-2015 vaccine will protect against four flu strains that experts predict will circulate this year. An annual flu vaccination is your best protection from the flu. Over a 30-year period, flu-associated deaths nationwide have ranged from about 3,000 to 49,000 each year. According to the Missouri Department of Health and Senior Services (DHSS) in 2008, more than 1,400 Missourians died from the flu and/or pneumonia. More flu information is available at cdc.gov/flu.
