Food Establishment Inspection Scores
The Lincoln County Health Department inspects each food establishment at least once every six months and more often if warranted. Each establishment shall be graded based upon the number of critical violations received during the inspections. To receive an "A" rating, a food establishment may not have more than one critical violation, a "B" rating will be given to any establishment with more than one critical violation but less than five, and a "C" rating will be given to any establishment receiving more than four critical violations during their inspections. This "C" rating will be considered severely out of compliance with the Lincoln County Food Service Sanitation Code and may warrant additional inspections.

after March 2007 are listed below. The list will be re-populated throughout the
year.
