The Lincoln County Health Department's Office of Environmental Sanitation has enforced environmental sanitation guidelines since 1996. As Lincoln County continues to grow, more environmental services are demanded and added. These include inspecting eating establishments, lodging facilities and on-site wastewater treatment systems. The Office of Environmental Sanitation also offers water testing and emergency response to hazardous waste incidents.
