Permanent & Mobile Food Establishments

Permanent Food Establishment Permits are needed for:

  • Change of ownership of the business

  • The business operates more than 14 days a year is required to be a permanent food establishment

  • Mobile food establishments

Plan Reviews are required Before:

  • The construction of a food establishment

  • The conversion of an existing structure for use as a food establishment

  • The remodeling of a food establishment

  • A change in type of food establishment or food operation
